Shipping

Orders within the USA typically take 2-7 business days to arrive. Unfortunately we cannot ship internationally, we are USA only.

Once an item has shipped and you have been provided with tracking, ReFound is not responsible if the item is lost in transit.

All our goods are carefully prepared and packaged to the very highest standards. Please keep in mind that our pieces are vintage or pre-loved, meaning they will already have a touch of character having been around the block before.

Returns

To return an item, please email us at info@refoundvintage.com within 28 days of your purchase date for a returns number.

Returned items must be in the same condition as you received them, with all original tags still attached.

To ship an item back please use the original USPS box, stick the return label on the box and drop off at your nearest USPS store or arrange pick up.  

Your payment will be refunded when goods are returned and all criteria fulfilled.
